CVS and Walgreens Plan To Facilitate Killing Americans in the Womb

My fellow devotee of Our Lady, I ask that you join me in signing this important petition to stop two pharmacies that plan to sell abortion pills: Walgreens and CVS.

Already in the 4th century, Saint Basil wrote in his Letters: “A woman who deliberately destroys a fetus is answerable for murder. And any fine distinction of its being completely formed or unformed is not admissible amongst us.”

These are very clear and extremely strong words from a great saint of the altar.

Saint Basil is speaking to us. You and I heartily desire the true good of our neighbor. We must protect women from the grave dangers that our culture is placing them in.

For example, The New York Times recently reported:

“Two major pharmacy chains will apply to sell abortion pills under a new Food and Drug Administration regulation that will allow the medication to be offered by retail pharmacies for the first time.” (NYT, 01-05-23)

To keep you in the loop: The FDA recently changed its regulation on the accessibility of abortion pills. Walgreens and CVS, which run 18,690 drugstores combined, will now seek certification to sell abortion pills across the United States.

I’m sure you agree with me that this is horrible news. Saint Basil spells it out in unequivocal terms! We must do our part to protect women from believing these errors. We must stand up and say, “NO! This is immoral, harmful to women, killing our children, destroying families and against Our Lord’s will.”

We must also do our part in sharing the Truth that God does not desire this.
